If you have booked a time with Forever Frontdesk, we can text you about it. This page is the only place on this website where you can ask us to.

What we send

The program is called Forever Frontdesk. We send confirmations, reminders, and updates about a time you have booked with us. We send nothing else to that number. We do not text you marketing, and we do not text you at all unless you tick the box below yourself.

Message frequency varies, because it follows your bookings rather than a schedule. A typical booking produces a confirmation and a reminder. Message and data rates may apply.

How to get help, and how to stop

Reply HELP to any message from us for help. You can also email us at hello@foreverfrontdesk.com.

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop. That takes effect straight away and you will get no more texts from us. If you change your mind later, reply START and we will start again.

What we cannot promise about delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

In plain words: once we hand a message to the phone network it is out of our hands. Text messages arrive late sometimes and occasionally do not arrive at all. So please do not treat a text from us as the only record of your meeting.

Your number

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or your consent to be texted, with anybody, for any purpose. Our Privacy Policy says what we do with it, and our Terms say what the program is.
