Forever Frontdesk is a service of Tevlyr Systems LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Where this page says "we" or "us", that is who it means.

These terms cover this website and the text messages we send. Our Privacy Policy covers what we do with information about you, and it is part of these terms.

Using this website

These pages are here to tell you about what we do and to let you send us what we need in order to quote and schedule your work. Use them for that. Do not try to break into them, overload them, or use them to send anyone anything unlawful. We keep the site running as best we can, and we do not promise it will never be down.

Text messages: what the program is

The program is called Forever Frontdesk. If you give us your mobile number and tick the box asking us to text you, we send you messages about work you have booked with the business: confirmations, reminders, and updates when something changes. We send nothing else to that number. We do not text you marketing, and we do not text you at all unless you ticked the box yourself.

Message frequency varies, because it follows your jobs rather than a schedule. A typical booking produces a confirmation and a reminder. Message and data rates may apply.

Ticking the box is the only thing that signs you up

Reading this page does not sign you up for texts, and neither does using this website or agreeing to these terms. The only way we ever get permission to text you is you ticking the box next to your phone number on our form, and you never have to tick it. You can book work, get a quote, and be a customer without it. This is the wording that sits next to that box, so you can read it here too:

Text me about my jobs. We will send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about work you have booked, and nothing else. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

How to get help, and how to stop

Reply HELP to any message from us for help. You can also reach a person at hello@foreverfrontdesk.com or by calling (816) 570-3375.

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop. That takes effect straight away and you will get no more texts from us. If you change your mind later, reply START and we will start again.

What we cannot promise about delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

In plain words: once we hand a message to the phone network it is out of our hands. Text messages arrive late sometimes and occasionally do not arrive at all, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee otherwise. So please do not treat a text from us as the only record of your appointment, and do not rely on one for anything urgent. If something matters, call us.

Your number

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or your consent to be texted. That holds for every third party and every affiliate, for marketing or promotional purposes or for any other purpose, at any time. The only companies that ever see the number are the carriers who move the message for us, and they may use it to deliver that message and for nothing else. Our Privacy Policy says the same thing at more length.

Changes to these terms

If we change what we do, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not have your address unless you wrote to us first.
