This page describes what this website does with information about the people who visit it. It covers foreverfrontdesk.com only. It does not cover the Forever Frontdesk application at app.foreverfrontdesk.com, which sits behind a login and is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect on this website

Nothing. This is a plain set of pages with no account, no login, and no form to fill in. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, your phone number, or anything else.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no visitor tracking, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on these pages loads from another company's servers, so there is no one else watching you read this. If that ever changes we will say so here before it does.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server access logs, in the ordinary way every web host does. Those records can include your IP address, the page you asked for, the time you asked for it, and your browser's user agent string. We use them to keep the site up and to look into problems. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

The links on this site open your own email program addressed to hello@foreverfrontdesk.com. Sending that email is your choice, and nothing is sent to us until you send it. When you do write to us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply and carry on the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own use, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Children

This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this page

If we change what this site does, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not have your address unless you wrote to us first.
