Forever Frontdesk is a service of Tevlyr Systems LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Where this page says "we" or "us", that is who it means.

This page describes what this website does with information about the people who visit it. It covers foreverfrontdesk.com only. It does not cover the Forever Frontdesk application at app.foreverfrontdesk.com, which sits behind a login.

What we collect on this website

The pages that just tell you about us collect nothing. There is no account to make and nothing to fill in. Two pages are different, because they have to be: the quote page and the intake page ask you for what we need in order to quote and schedule your work, which includes your name and your phone number. You type those in yourself, and nothing reaches us until you send the form. We use what you send to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own use.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and tick the box asking us to text you, we use that number to send you messages about work you have booked: confirmations, reminders, and updates. We send nothing else to it, and we do not text you at all unless you ticked the box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP at any time and we will stop. Our Terms set out the whole of what the texting program does.

Text messages you book with us directly

Forever Frontdesk also takes its own bookings. If you ask us on our text updates page to text you about a time you have booked with us, we keep your mobile number and a record of the exact wording you agreed to, and we use them for that and for nothing else. We do not text you marketing.

Everything in the section below applies to that number in exactly the same way: we do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it, and replying STOP ends it.

Your number and your consent stay here

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or your consent to be texted. That holds for every third party and every affiliate, for marketing or promotional purposes or for any other purpose, at any time. The only companies that ever see the number are the carriers who move the message for us, and they may use it to deliver that message and for nothing else.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no visitor tracking, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on these pages loads from another company's servers, so there is no one else watching you read this. If that ever changes we will say so here before it does.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server access logs, in the ordinary way every web host does. Those records can include your IP address, the page you asked for, the time you asked for it, and your browser's user agent string. We use them to keep the site up and to look into problems. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

The links on this site open your own email program addressed to hello@foreverfrontdesk.com. Sending that email is your choice, and nothing is sent to us until you send it. When you do write to us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply and carry on the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own use, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Children

This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this page

If we change what this site does, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not have your address unless you wrote to us first.
