About us
Forever Frontdesk is a Kansas City company. We run the front office for service businesses, so the owner can get back to the work.
Why we started
We kept seeing the same thing: good businesses losing jobs to a phone nobody could pick up. The owner is on a ladder, under a sink or at dinner with family, and the caller moves on to the next name on the list. We wanted the phone answered, the job booked and the bill paid, without the owner having to be the front office too.
